This thread makes me feel weird.  I probably have too much confidence in what I do currently.  I am not saying that my stuff or my production is in any way "super good", but I have been getting very good feedback on what I want to release.  I have managed to find a way to "let s*** go", and stop analyzing and adding stuff.  It helps a lot against doubts.
I don´t know if any of the guys who doubt themselves here have tried to get their stuff out other than on SC.  But some of you,(especially FarleyCZ) should really be sending stuff out to get signed.

My point was never about your post, but about your music.  It´s really good, man.  Time to accept credit for it :)

Thanks man! :) I wish promoters thought so too. Anyway, I'm really interested in how big names deal with this? Do they just swallow the feeling? ...or they actually mastered to be constantly happy about what they've made? How? Working quickly? Frequent pauses? I swear if I ever get to (properly) speak to somebody who've made it, this will be one of my first questions.

Edit: Not because they would be more "valuable", but because other stuff they have to deal with. Tight schedules, label's directing, fans expectations and so on... That all have to influence your creative freedom somehow.

Promoters want stuff that will sell without too much work having to be put into it.  It´s that simple.  If you want "success" you need to promote yourself as much as your music.  Unless you get discovered by someone who is willing to do that part for you.
