I'll just say I agree with everything else already, as Its already been said!

The only thing ill say could bring this to the next level is maybe focus on longer, more complex chord progressions. If you can get the 'feels' factor in to the downtempo parts of the track, you'll be onto something really really special. Really look forward to more of your stuff dude!

P.S. that bass beat got me movin yo! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

dude for real this is killer

Dude. Guys. Thank you. This is unreal. I agree with you, scribit. I need to work on developing more interesting chord progressions. I realize my tunes are pretty dull in that department. Even the last couple wips I have all sound the same. Haha. I greatly appreciate the feedback. And I really liked yours and Icehunts tunes. Both of you guys have some great sound design. I've also been really impressed with everyone's mixdowns. Really quality tunes

Thanks guys. Peace.

Love the track. I really like how the pad evolves and changes over time, what did you use to make the pad? Nice work!

Love the track. I really like how the pad evolves and changes over time, what did you use to make the pad? Nice work!

Do you mean the lead synth?  I have a soft pad in the background but that doesn't really evolve over time.  You might be talking about the arp that is constantly rolling in the background?

For that one, I just used an Arpeggiator midi effect in ableton.  Used it to trigger a synth that had a sharper filter cutoff pluck on the front of it.  And then automated both arp time (how fast it went through the arpeggio) and the filter cutoff, for builds and breakdowns.

Hope that helps.  Thank you again for the support.  Really really thankful for all of it.

The mix is clean. The bass really shouldn't be in stereo to be honest. The high end is lacking a bit.

It gets a bit boring, but hey, that's progressive for yeah.
