It shows you all threads you have posted in that have replies you haven't seen. Would be cool to have it on the front page, perhaps next to the Most Recent Posts, or in the top right above the forums list, or in the dropdown menu

Yes, definetely ! Or, better way - in the profile summary, where you can see your posts, the numbers of posts in chronological, where are new replies can be highlighted or next to them there can be some mark. It's so useful. (I've added similar topic to Suggestions).
