I recently built some drum racks using the SPF Samplers Deep House samples. I just made a rack for the kicks, then the snares, claps, ect.
Ableton Live 9, Tascam US4x4 Audio Interface, Akai APC Key 25, JBL LSR305s, & Pioneer HRM-07s

I use the drums that came with komplete(battery mostly) and tweak them/make my own drums out of them. sample magic has some really good packs though. the chill wave pack is ace

Sample Magic is #1 for me. The quality of packs is superior, last time I purchased Future Electronica, it contains everything a person need to start with future bass - one shots, loops, presets, demo songs deconstructed (even with printscreened effect chains on each channel! Didn't see this anywhere else) + if it's too expensive for you, you can reduce the price on their website by selecting only elements you want (for example, only drums, or FX etc.), their Rise and Fall pack is another treasure - I'm one of the laziest people on planet when it comes to creating my own risers - these guys came with the pack that is tempo-labeled and automatically stretches to fit bpm of the project, also with variations of the lenght - 1 bar, 2 bars, 4 bars fx... I highly recommend them

A few more:

1. Vybe Free Drumkits (I think there's two of them)
2. The "One Hitta" threads over on Gearslutz (user-uploaded single hit drums)
3."Heavy Weight 808" from Sonic Playgrounds.
